final post

heej
So Clay leaves Rosie's and finds his friend Tony waiting for him in the parking lot. Tony tells him that he is the one who has the second set of tapes, the ones that will be released to the public if Clay's tapes aren't passed on according to Hannah's wishes. Clay is full of questions, but Tony refuses to answer anything until Clay listens to the next recording.
The ninth tape is about Clay and assures him that he had nothing to do with Hannah's suicide. He was actually really good to Hannah; he even confessed his feelings to her and they kissed! She told him that he was just on the list to know why she killed herself (how nice of her!)
Next was Justin Foley, from the first tape. This time, Justin allowed Bryce Walker to have sex with Jessica while she was drunk. (what has that to do with her suicide!?)
At this point, Tony explains that on the day of Hannah's death, he found the tapes waiting for him when he got home from school. He listened to them and when he realized what Hannah was up to, he called her parents to warn them, but he was too late. Since then, he's been following the people on the list making sure they follow Hannah's instructions.
The next is after a party. Jenny Kurtz offered Hannah a ride home, but knocked down a stop sign with her car. Jenny refused to report the accident, and shortly after, there was a fatal accident at the stop sign. (This has too nothing to do with her has it?)
The next: One night, Bryce Walker started to touch Hannah in a hot-tub and Hannah let Bryce, whom she despised, have sex with her. (Why???)
Finally: Mr. Porter, Hannah's guidance counselor, didn't take her seriously when she said she was suicidal, and he let her leave his office without going after her. (such a big mistake I agree ...)
So I finished the book and although it has an open end I think Clay committed suicide afterwards because he couldn't stand the information he got. whatever. not my favourite subject.

Did I ever mention that you have to follow a map if you are listening to those tapes? No? So now I told you anyway.
After getting matched up with Hannah through a Valentine's Day survey, Marcus tried to make a move on her in a booth at Rosie's Diner, after he finally managed to come. She had to push him out of the booth and onto the floor to get him to stop.
Still listening, Clay heads toward Rosie's  on his way he sees the Crestmont Theater, where he and Hannah worked the previous summer. He got the job to be closer to her, but he always let the rumors about her stand in the way of telling her how he felt. So he was afraid of her.
When Hannah ignored Zach Dempsey's attempts to comfort her after the incident with Marcus, Zach stole the notes of encouragement left for Hannah by classmates in her Peer Communications class. (I just don't get it, why is this a reason to kill yourself!?)
The next is when Hannah met Ryan Shaver in a poetry class and really trusted him; that is, until he stole a very personal poem of Hannah's and published it, but nobody knew that it was Hannah's and they actually worked on this very poem in her English class, so I can't see where that makes her uncomfortable.
Still don't see a reason to kill yourself ....

reading 2 ...

heej there I am back again!

I read the book all at once so here's the next summary:

The third reason why Hannah committed suicide was Jessica Davis, who was upset because of this hot or not list and hit her so hard on the head that Hannah got a scar. The next was Tyler Down who was a Peeping Tom and took pictures of Hannah through her window. But Courtney Crimson and Hannah managed to catch him, which leads us to the next reason: Courtney Crimson, who brought up the rumor that Hannah has sex toys in her bedroom.

still I don't really see why those are reasons to kill yourself, but I never was in such a situation....

reading 1 ...

heej :D

I just started to read my book ... all I can say is that the beginning is fascinating! The book is about a girl who commited suicide, but before she did that, she recorded the thirteen reasons (actually persons) why.

She forces the thirteen persons the listen to the records, otherwise they will be published. The first person is the boy with whom she had her first kiss. She was new in town and one day they met in a parc, where nothing else happened, than one simple short kiss. But the boy told a totally different story the other day in school. You can imagine how fast the rumour went around.
The second was a boy who just made a list of hot or not and put her on the hot side, because of her sexy butt. If you ask me that's not that bad, but however the next person is an old man, who grapped her butt, because someone told him about the hot or not list.

These people are not responsible for her death as far as I can see that. I don't get it why she blames people to be responsible for her death? However I will go on reading and tell you if it gets any clearer.

13 reasons why

heej !!

sorry for being absent for such a long time but unfortunately i died ... but now I'm alive again ... so let's start reading a new book!
My new book is called 13 reasons why and is written by Jay Asher. It is not my book -- I got it from a friend of mine. She told me that it is about a girl, who commited suicide.
My first thought: hard stuff :o
But my english teacher forces us again to read a book, so it wasn't really my decision xD
Right now I am very curious! I LOVE books and I really don't care if they're written in english or in german.
I enjoy it if I have some books, which I didn't read before.

I really think this time I will be more consequent!

bye !!!!

New Book, New Blog:
So I read another book ... it's called noughts and crosses, by malorie blackman.k
I really don't know what the book is about, what I know is that there are two kinds of people, the noughts and the crosses. The crosses are favored and get better jobs and a better education than the noughts do.
In the beginning of the book Meggie who is a nought and the mother of Callum works for the Hadleys, but for no reason she gets fired. The Hadleys are crosses and they have a daughter named Sephy. Sephy and Callum are friends even though she us a cross and he is a nought.
Three years later they are still friends, but Callum has to be taught from Sephy so he can handle the new school he likes to attend, which is a school only for crosses.
Now Callum is sixteen and Sephy is fourteen, just real teenagers! Callum asks Sephy if he could kiss her and she has nothing to say against it, so they just try.
First Sephy is disgusted, but then she really enjoys the kiss. The friendship between the two of them is very special and Callum asks Sephy if she ever thought of running away from the system of noughts and crosses, but she denies.
And Callum realizes that there is no point in running away since the system's everywhere they could go.
Sephy would really appreciate it if Callum is put in her class, but Callum thinks this is unfair since he is older than her.
So Sephy reminds him that this is a school of Crosses so it is much more difficult than the school Callum was used to and she is a little bit offended.
But back to the reason why Callum came to Sephy: Learning.
He really wants to learn more maths, since he thinks it's the languages which everybody can understand.
Sephy on the other side thinks it is boring, but she explains it to him.

I really think that you know from the beginning that Sephy and Callum has to fall in love with each other since it is impossible for them. I think I really like this book since my favourite genre is fantasy! I hope I can enjoy the book longer.
